The refinancing of a real estate project

We provided legal services to a Client (a foreign capital company) operating in the real estate market in respect of the refinancing of the acquisition of commercial real estate. Our support included particularly the revision, review and negotiation of the loan agreement and securities documentation, as well as other related documents (including an agreement concerning the hedging of an interest rate risk). We revised documents required by the bank in order to obtain the financing and drafted documents necessary to fulfil the conditions precedent of loan disbursement. The Client also used our assistance in preparing and filing applications for the registration of appropriate loan securities in court registers. In addition, our professionals took part in the signing of the loan agreement and securities documents.
