The purchase of real estate for a development project

One of our Clients was considering the purchase of real estate for a development project. Our services included the preparation of a legal due diligence audit of the property, support in negotiations of transaction terms, tackling the Client’s legal concerns and drafting the real estate sale agreement. Originally, the transaction was to be divided into several stages, however, resolving the contentious issues, which initially were the condition of executing the final agreement, allowed the parties to finalize the negotiations by signing a single real property sale agreement, which in turn accelerated the progress of the project on the property.
