The modification of work arrangement with workers

Due to the nature of business ran by the Client, he sought to start cooperating with self-employed individuals. Our team prepared the legal framework for the new arrangement. In addition to contracts, we drafted a number of internal documents to facilitate the running of business, including car lease agreements, credit card use agreements and office equipment use agreements. The rules we introduced   reduced the risk that the cooperation with individuals would be qualified as employment. We also advised the Client in connection with an inspection of the work arrangement by the Social Security Institution.
