The posting of workers

We developed an end-to-end procedure of posting workers for a Client operating in Poland and other EU states. Our team analyzed the legal and tax position of posted workers, with focus on the tax aspects of the arrangement. The in-depth analysis allowed the Client to choose the best form of workers posting. We also supported the Client through communication with foreign institutions and prepared internal legal and tax documentation, policies and documents, ensuring that all formal and financial obligations related to the posted workers were performed correctly.
